We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Commercial Projects Assistant to support the coordination and delivery of commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns. This role focuses on tracking activity, following up on actions, and helping ensure projects run smoothly across teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the tracking and management of promotional campaigns, helping to ensure agreed activities are actioned and utilised by clients.
- Monitor delivery against commitments, flag gaps, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to keep work on track.
- Assist in maintaining our internal game library updated by monitoring and adding new releases and the relevant game information.
- Assist in coordinating light and bespoke projects from agreement through to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to support timely and accurate execution.
- Help track progress across key commercial initiatives and country strategy reviews, maintaining clear notes, action logs, and status updates.
- Follow up with action owners to ensure deadlines are met and required data is prepared ahead of meetings.
- Help schedule and coordinate regular progress reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Support the distribution and coordination of special projects (e.g. recertifications).
- Support Account Management, Country Management and Live Casino Teams in their day to day work and coordination.
- Assist with team event attendance tracking and related logistics.
- Provide coordination support for large-scale gifting initiatives.
- Support in maintaining and organising content on the internal knowledge base (Confluence), collaborating with the commercial operations team to ensure information is up to date and easy to access.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG CANDIDATE
- 1–3 years’ experience in a coordination, operations, commercial support, or project support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to following up on actions.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently on clearly defined tasks while knowing when to escalate issues.
- Strong note-taking and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using reporting, project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Excel, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office, Freshdesk CRM or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track progress and identify gaps.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support wider team initiatives
