WHAT IS A GAME PRESENTER

A Game Presenter is a person who opens, maintains, and closes card games, dealing cards and broadcasting live to online players in front of the cameras in an our studio. The job of a Game Presenter does not require previous work experience, we will teach you everything you need to know and make you a star! What we expect from you is a positive attitude, cooperation, precision, and respect for the simple rules that you will quickly master. You will start your new job with professional training provided by your future colleagues in our studio in Toronto, in a pleasant, modern, and technologically advanced environment. The online gaming platform operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, making the Game Presenter position organized into 3 shifts with rotations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Showcase your vibrant personality as an ARRISE Game Presenter! We're currently seeking people to present our exciting table games from the comfort and safety of our private, state-of-the-art studios. You’ll host iconic casino games like Baccarat and Roulette, with unlimited virtual players from all around the world. Best of all, no experience is required! Our incredible Training team will provide you with all the knowledge and skills you will need!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, while providing them with excellent customer service.
Deal cards, spin a wheel, announce various winning bets as well as card shuffling.
Perform Floor Supervisor responsibility on a rotating basis.
Quick and accurate handling of cards and other gaming equipment.
Follow strict security procedures and protocols to ensure the integrity of the games.
Assist players with the rules of the game and effectively answer any questions related to winnings, or other concerns.
Escalate any disputes accordingly to the company’s policies in an efficient and timely manner.
Attend training sessions and stay up to date with new games and industry trends.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Must be comfortable working on camera during live games.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be comfortable with technology and have basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure, maintaining accuracy and discretion.
Flexible working hours and shift work suits you.
Basic casino games knowledge would be an asset.
Must be able to comply with the gaming licensing directive upon hire date.

We’re thrilled to announce a significant increase in our hourly rate for all Game Presenters. Step into a role starting at $26 per hour, a leap from the previous $22 p/h.

Earn more with night shifts:
Our night shift premium adds an additional +10% per hour, rewarding those who keep our games lively during the twilight hours.
