• To be native in Russian language and working knowledge of English language
• High school diploma.
• Valid passport.
• Readiness to work shifts in a three‑shift system, totalling 40 hours per week, with breaks.
• Ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline and discretion.
