They should possess exceptional craftsmanship, translate necessary aesthetic expectations through their work, and have a deep understanding of how fabrics, colors, and fits perform under studio setup and influence player satisfaction. They should be comfortable working in fast-paced live studio settings, maintain flawless results, proactively avoid challenges, bring solutions, and anticipate wardrobe needs.
