About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Live Casino Product Team. This role is central to delivering new live studio environments, coordinating across studio builds, infrastructure, and game integration workstreams.You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to operational go-live, driving execution through cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the most dynamic areas of the business, combining physical space delivery with cutting-edge digital technology.

What you’ll be doing

Hybrid Project Management:

• Manage the delivery of Live Casino projects, incorporating elements of waterfall and agile methodologies

• Navigate between structured planning (waterfall) and adaptive responses to change (agile) to meet project objectives effectively.

• Lead cross-functional teams with a hands-on approach, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project milestones.

Operational Excellence:

• Drive project execution under demanding timelines and high-quality standards without traditional sprint structures.

• Oversee project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements.

• Identify and mitigate risks, leveraging hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes.

• Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with the established Policies and Procedures and KPIs.

• Coordinate complex, multi-workstream projects across product, design, business analysis, and engineering

• Translate product concepts and designs into clear plans, scope, and realistic delivery estimates

• Own timelines, dependencies, and risks — surfacing blockers early to de-risk delivery

What we ask of you

• 3+ years of project / delivery management experience, ideally in digital product or software delivery

• Proven track record managing cross-functional, technical projects across product, design, and engineering

• Background in iGaming, gaming, consumer digital products, or large-scale platforms

• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable balancing the mindset of a gaming customer with the needs of our business-to-business clients

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment

• Fluent English, written and verbal
