- Monitor and manage the general sales inbox, identifying and filtering potential leads
- Maintain and update sales trackers by collecting information and updates from the sales team
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities
- Assist with the preparation and validation of monthly sales updates
- Support client assignment reviews and team handovers
- Conduct CRM data reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and supporting materials
- Coordinate internal processes and maintain proper documentation
- Support onboarding and training programs for new sales team members
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings, assistance with sales processes, and facilitating communication between the sales team and other departments
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Administrative Support, or a similar role
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Power Query is a plus), Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
