- Monitoring, Patrolling, and Access Control: Conduct regular patrols in designated areas, verify identities at access points, enforce security procedures, and monitor activities using CCTV systems to detect and prevent security threats.
- Incident Investigation and Emergency Response: Investigate security breaches, thefts, and complaints, document findings, and act quickly in emergencies such as fires or security threats to ensure safety and proper evacuation procedures.
- Security Equipment Oversight: Ensure the proper functioning of security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control devices, and report any malfunctions for timely resolution.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare detailed reports on incidents and unusual activities, ensure adherence to security policies and legal regulations, and implement preventive measures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaboration, Training, and Development: Work closely with security team members and leadership, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on best practices in security management.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: Adhere to data protection regulations (PDPL) and confidentiality policies to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive company information.
- Education: High school diploma or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 year in a security role, a license for private security services is mandatory. Corporate or private security is a plus
- Flexibility: Availability to work in 12 hours shifts.
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in operating and monitoring security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control).
- Strong knowledge of risk identification and incident response protocols.
- Ability to manage and maintain security records and documentation.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify security risks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently within the security team.
