• Project Planning & Evaluation: Assess project requirements, including LED strip types, quantities, power consumption, and control systems.
• Materials & Inventory Management: Organize material orders, verify stock availability, and ensure all components are prepared for installation.
• Technical Calculations: Calculate electrical loads, power supplies, DMX controllers, and current requirements for all LED elements.
• Production & Preparation: Coordinate internal production, preparation of LED strips, connectors, and associated equipment.
• Installation & Testing: Organize and supervise the installation of LED systems, cabling, electrical panels, power sources, and controllers; conduct thorough testing after installation.
• Quality Control: Report completed installations to management for quality checks and ensure all equipment meets required standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to internal procedures, ensure proper use of equipment, and immediately report any malfunctions or workplace incidents.
• Documentation & Labeling: Implement clear notations and labeling for cables, controllers, power sources, and panels.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate technicians in both studio-based and travel assignments when required.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness during and after installations and maintain a professional working environment.
• Additional Tasks: Carry out any other duties assigned by management related to project completion or operational improvements.

• Proven experience in LED systems coordination, installation, or technical production environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of LED strips, power supplies, DMX controllers, and electrical systems.
• Ability to calculate electrical loads, manage materials, and oversee complex installations.
• Experience leading and coordinating technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and safety.
• Proactive, reliable, and accountable working style.
• PC literate with solid technical and analytical skills.
• Minimum High School diploma required.
