ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across our portfolio of iGaming products. This role plays a central part in ensuring that our games and supporting systems meet all regulatory, technical, and operational requirements in key markets. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks with practical experience guiding product and technology teams through compliance challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Provide leadership and direction to the compliance team, fostering growth through mentoring, training, and effective organisation of team activities
Lead the end-to-end compliance oversight for new and existing products across multiple jurisdictions
Carry out compliance assessments across relevant jurisdictions to correctly advise on the implementation of solutions/products
Reporting any identified compliance risks and gaps, proposing compliant solutions, and driving their implementation
Act as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and consultants and build strong working relationships
Periodically revising policies/procedures with the aim to identify potential risks and/or issues
Translate regulatory requirements into understandable technical language for developers
Perform detailed analysis of current products with new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
Maintain a structured compliance framework to track obligations and ensure timely fulfilment
Support the Head of Compliance in shaping the company’s compliance strategy, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Strong online gaming experience at a B2B game supplier
Familiarity with the end-to-end process of offering online slots games
Experience interpreting and advising on regulations, requirements, and standards across multiple jurisdictions/markets
Highly organised and proactive
Experience and knowledge of Change Management systems, requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulated markets
Experience interacting with Regulators if/where required on compliance matters
Multi-product knowledge e.g. Sportsbook, Live Casino is a plus
