Position Scope:
 
The Supervisor deals with the supervision and coordination of the Stylists team during their shifts, manages the stock of products, proposes and carries out activities to maintain and improve the efficiency and working conditions in the team

Responsibilities:  
  • Verifies and coordinates the activity of the Stylist Team during their work schedule 
  • Ensures the stock of materials and accessories they use
  • Ensures and is responsible for the correct storage and use of the equipment used: work tools, furniture, consumables;
  • Informs superiors immediately of any deficiencies found during the activity; 
  • Learns and trains employees on company standards in terms of their appearance, especially makeup and hairstyle
  • Communicates through the communication channels of the Company on behalf of the team 
  • Reports on the team’s activity, based on the tracking files filled in by the team + their own tracking files
  • Creates a pleasant experience for the employees they coordinate, maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language whenever interacting with them 
  • Responds without delay to any request received through the company's communication channels during working hours 
  • Performs stock tracking activities: checking consumption notes, transferring information from them to stock
  • Deals with the tracking of cosmetic waste 
  • Continuously monitors the inventory of tools and products and ensures timely requests for product re-stocks 
  • Asks for information about orders and constantly communicates with the Purchasing department 
  • Communicates with other departments to solve problems related to the facilities (work spaces) used by teams in the Appearance department 
  • Develops new procedures and presents them for approval 
  • Propose changes to existing procedures 
  • Contributes to scheduling 
  • Makes decisions regarding special situations when the direct superior is not available 
  • Provides specific feedback about the team to their superiors 
  • Participates in the Appearance Check
 Requirements:  
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • PC literate
  • Professional make-up and/or Hairstyling skills
  • Previous experience in a similar coordination or supervisory role would be considered an advantage
