Responsibilities:
- Checking the use and preparation for the execution of the task, thorough knowledge of the operation or work to be performed;
- The existing verification in the work area of all the objects necessary for its performance;
- Informing the service staff of the lack of technical-material means and of the eventual deficiencies in the functioning of the equipment;
- Supervising the good operation of the machine and keeping it in working order;
- Signaling the personal on time in case of deficiencies in the production process;
- Placing tools and devices in cabinets or handing them over to the warehouse, cleaning and wiping the machine, cleaning the entire work surface;
- To observe the internal norms and the standards that establish mainly the technical conditions for making the clothes;
- To know and analyze the norms and prescriptions regarding quality, characteristics, dimensions and other elements that define a product, within the quality control process of clothing products received from suppliers;
- Observance of the technological manufacturing process;
- The total execution of the raw material processing operations in view of its transformation into a finished clothing product;
- Interaction with the company's employees in order to make the necessary changes, to receive or hand over the uniforms;
- Ironing uniforms where needed.
Requirements:
- At least a high school diploma;
- Tailoring skills;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various audiences;
- Multitasking;
- Excellent time management and organizational ability;
- Ability to work independently and in team;
- Flexibility and adaptability.
