Role Description: We are looking for a Team Supervisor to supervise the Game Presenters and Shufflers within our operations, ensuring that all staff meet the company’s high standards. You will be responsible for supervising the gaming and training floors as well as providing ongoing support to help team members develop in their roles. You will also assist absence management, and handling disciplinary and grievance issues, while ensuring effective team dynamics and performance.
 
Responsibilities:
· Supervising live casino game presenters to ensure professional and engaging performances
· oversight of daily rotations, and breaks to ensure continuous game flow and respect towards schedules
· Keeping presenters updated on new games, company policies, and best practices
· Ensuring games run smoothly, troubleshooting minor technical or operational issues in the training and pre-live environment
· Acting as a bridge between game presenters and management, relaying key updated and feedback
· Provide support, motivation, and manage general behavior and professionalism on the gaming floor
· Collect, analyze, and compile data from multiple sources to generate accurate, insightful daily shift reports for the Team Managers
· Identify the learning and development needs of Game Presenters and Shufflers.
· Monitoring appearance on the floor, making sure uniforms are neat, according to guidelines and game presenters and shufflers properly groomed.
 
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
• Education: Academic qualification in Management is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict management abilities.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good time management skills.
• Language Skills: Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts.
