- Oversees the physical handling, organization, and monitoring of uniform, accessory, and tool inventory, ensuring timely restocking.
- Coordinates with Procurement regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability; places approved orders.
- Supervises daily team operations, verifies task completion, and provides ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Maintains a positive and professional environment when interacting with team members and internal customers (GPs/GSHs).
- Communicates on behalf of the team through company channels and responds promptly to incoming requests.
- Addresses operational issues and escalates deficiencies or irregularities to superiors when necessary.
- Creates Back/Front rotation schedules and supports Team Leaders in evaluating team performance.
- Prepares monthly quizzes, answer keys, and reviews beginner quiz submissions.
- Participates in uniform locker checks and tests uniforms in the Studio when required.
- Ensures accuracy of internal documentation and updates trackers for stock levels, attendance, performance, and monthly orders.
- Prepares packages for shipping and coordinates with relevant departments.
- Manages Odoo entries: adds new items and measurements, reviews PV/Orders, verifies data, and resolves pending items.
- Conducts Appearance Checks and records recommendations; reviews digital forms related to Appearance Calls.
- Maintains and updates key documents (Uniform Issues, Studio Accessories, Rollout Masterfile, Special Sizes, Cleaning Tracker, GSH Footwear Database).
- Collaborates with other departments to resolve facility-related issues affecting the Appearance team.
- Makes operational decisions in special situations when direct superiors are unavailable.
- Continuously evaluates uniform-related processes and proposes improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Submits employee sick leaves to HR and distributes team submission forms.
- Organizes and documents monthly staff meetings (UA and Supervisor meetings).
- Handles unexpected tasks assigned by Team Leaders, the Appearance Manager, or the Uniforms Manager.
- Trains and onboards new Uniforms Administrators.
- Minimum of 9 months in the uniforms team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of uniform policies, inventory management
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems for inventory tracking and management (ex: Odoo and NetSuite).
- Intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports and make recommendations for process improvements.
