What you'll be doing:  

Account management

• Support the Affiliate Manager in nurturing relationship with our affiliates partners – ensuring we get prominent and positive coverage all year round.
• Identify new high quality affiliate partners that align with the company’s targets audience. On-board them on our product / services.
• Coordinate affiliate marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Motivate existing affiliates to optimize how our games are promoted & displayed.
• Develop & maintain a strong network and one-on-one relationships with Tier 2 & 3 affiliates
• Work and collaborate with cross functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Review affiliate sites and marketing practices, insuring compliance with company policies;
• Create and propose new promotion/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks
• Provide regular reports and analysis on affiliate programme performance.

Community & Forum Management

• Foster and nurture a vibrant online community by actively engaging with communities, participating and responsively communicate with a fan audience to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
• Develop and implement social media & community strategies to increase audience engagement.
• Manage the Forum & affiliate communities – ensuring players‘ queries and comments are addressed in a timely manner.
• Alleviate any possible negative PR and put in place a communication mitigation plan to diminish negative impact.
• Become a lead moderator in affiliate sites and relevant forums to ensure products are promoted in the right way.
• Monitor and manage the community of players, ensuring their feedback and suggestions are communicated to the business.
• Moderate conversations with players across various social media platforms, including Discord, ensuring a positive and engaging environment.
• Join and actively participate in relevant social media channels to engage with the community, answer queries, and provide support.
• Escalate any challenges or significant issues to the relevant departments within the business.
• Create, curate, and moderate content specifically designed to engage followers.
• Create and share engaging content related to our slot games & Live Casino Vertical.
• Respond to player inquiries promptly and effectively, provide assistance and solutions to enhance their gaming experience.

What we need from you: 

• 2+ years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing, Account Management, or Community Management (iGaming preferred).
• Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience managing Tier 2 & Tier 3 affiliate relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create performance reports and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience moderating online communities (forums, social media, Discord).
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong multitasking skills.
