What you would be doing:

•  Administer and troubleshoot Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
• Manage and support Active Directory users, groups, and permissions
• Monitor systems and manage alerts and dashboards using Zabbix and Grafana
• Investigate and resolve performance and availability issues across servers and services
• Provide user and desktop support, including operating system and application issues
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues at both server and end-user levels
• Perform system maintenance tasks according to established procedures
• Work closely with senior field administrators and other IT teams to resolve issues
• Assist with documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base updates

What makes you a strong candidate:

• Proven experience in a System Administrator or IT Support role (mid-level/L2)
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian language
• Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) server administration
• Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with monitoring tools and logging tools, preferably Zabbix and/or Grafana, Elastic, Filebeat, Syslog
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware and desktop environments
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and escalate when needed
• Good communication skills and user-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell) is a plus
• Experience working with virtualized environments is a plus
• Familiarity with IT documentation and ticketing systems (JIRA) is a plus
