Role Description:
- Reports directly to the Studio Manager and works closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development
Ensures all current and newly staff are properly assessed, coordinated and facilitated - Creates an inspiring team environment while setting clear team goals based on the Company’s culture and KPI’s
Guarantees all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded - Acts as an ambassador and makes sure good communication channels are established
- Maintains the professional relationships with internal clients while upholding the company game standards
- Fluency in Turkish
- Proactive approach to create a positive and engaging relationship with the team members
- Active contribution to the company’s growth
- Solid communicational and presentational skills
- Excellent business communication skills
- Good verbal and written command of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Gambling and Casinos
- Willingness to work in an office - Shift system
- Microsoft Office 365 skills
