About the role:
- With the help of senior management, define and lead the regional streamer strategy, aligning with commercial marketing goals to maximise exposure and engagement across key markets.
- Develop and implement scalable streamer incentivization programes, campaign frameworks, and retention strategies.
- Directly manage relationships with a portfolio of the company's highest-value streamers, offering bespoke support and strategic alignment.
- Lead and support Streamer Relations Manager Team Leaders, and Streamer Relations Managers ensuring they are high-performing, motivated, and aligned with global objectives.
- Oversee KPIs for streamer activity, ensuring accountability and performance tracking across all teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Compliance to ensure seamless integration of streamer activity with broader initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing Director on managing the global streamer strategy budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment.
- Monitor industry trends, platform developments, and competitor strategies to maintain thought leadership and innovation within the team.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Commercial Marketing Director, including performance analysis, strategic proposals, and risk/opportunity assessments.
- Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and creativity across the Streamer Relations function in the region.
What we ask of you:
- Extensive experience in influencer/creator partnerships, streamer relations, or community management, ideally within iGaming, gaming, entertainment, or streaming industries.
- Strong understanding of streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, with deep knowledge of creator ecosystems and streaming trends.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of one additional Southeast or East Asian language such as Tagalog, Thai, Indonesian, Korean or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Proven experience managing high-value streamer or influencer partnerships and building long-term strategic relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring partnership, influencer, or marketing teams.
- Strong organisational and strategic planning skills, with experience leading campaigns, incentive programs, and large-scale creator collaborations.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience tracking performance, engagement metrics, and ROI across influencer or streamer programs.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Compliance teams to drive aligned initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills with senior internal and external partners.
- Passion for gaming, streaming, and digital communities, with awareness of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours to align with global streamer schedules and key events.
- Willingness to travel for industry events, conferences, and key creator activations.
