- Support the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Construction, Studio Operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Conduct timely supplier benchmarking to identify procurement and qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records across platforms and systems.
- Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a global procurement environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Administrative Support, Operations, or related fields.
- Previous experience working with supplier quotations, purchase orders, vendor communication, or invoice follow-up.
- Exposure to procurement or ERP systems such as Precoro, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural business environment is considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of sourcing processes, supplier management, and procurement workflows.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for comparisons, tracking, and reporting.
- Exposure to import, logistics, or local vendor sourcing activities in Brazil is considered beneficial.
