ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities from sourcing and negotiation to contract implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working closely with category leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Vendor Management: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure terms that are favorable for the company.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, ensuring contract terms meet the company’s needs and deliver value.
Sourcing and Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and issuing purchase orders.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and optimize procurement spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery process, ensuring goods and services are received on time and meet quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (finance, operations, etc.) to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored support
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance, and generate reports as needed.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
2 - 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
Familiarity with procurement software and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
