ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities from sourcing and negotiation to contract implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working closely with category leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Support the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalization.
Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Construction, Studio Operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver timely procurement solutions.
Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records across platforms and systems.
Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms.
Collaborate closely with team leads and Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar supply chain role.
Strong understanding of procurement flow, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, contracting, and delivery coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under time pressure and shifting priorities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail and structured approach to documentation and record keeping.
Comfortable using procurement tools, tracking platforms, and Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
