Role Description: The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for training and integrating new Game presenters and Shufflers ensuring they meet company standards in procedures and professional appearance. This role involves conducting workshops, providing feedback, and collaborating with management to support employee development and performance.

Responsibilities:

Training Development: Create and refine training materials and program structures for Game Presenters and Shufflers, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of games and procedures.
Performance Enhancement: Develop performance improvement plans and set relevant KPIs to drive quality and effectiveness in training.
Employee Training & Operational Support: Train staff on specific game procedures and operational controls, focusing on compliance with standards and streamlining workflows to ensure seamless execution.
Motivation and Feedback: Inspire and encourage employees, providing constructive feedback to both employees and Management to support continuous improvement.
Program Management: Design and maintain training programs for employees coordinating with Shift and Team Managers to address individual training needs.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with Shift and Team managers to identify specific training requirements and ensure that training addresses individual and team needs effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or higher.
Language: Professional working proficiency in Russian and English is a must.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Positive Attitude: A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Coaching Skills: Patience and a passion for coaching, with a commitment to motivating and developing others.

Nice to Have:

Experience: Previous experience in iGaming or traditional casino environments is considered advantageous.
Practice with Training Programs: Experience in designing and delivering training programs specifically for casino dealers or similar roles.
Advanced Certification: Professional certifications or training qualifications related to casino operations or instructional design.
