ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Live Casino Product Team. This role is central to delivering new live studio environments, coordinating across studio builds, infrastructure, and game integration workstreams.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to operational go-live, driving execution through cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Project Coordination & Delivery Oversight:

  • Own the full project lifecycle—ensuring successful execution across time, scope, and quality dimensions. 
  • Coordinate across internal departments ensuring all parties are aligned with project objectives and timelines. 
  • Establish clear milestones and responsibilities, maintaining visibility and accountability throughout the project. 
  • Act as a central point of coordination, driving progress and resolving roadblocks. 
Studio  Technical Delivery:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of new studio builds and LC Table delivery projects. 
  • Coordinate deployment of broadcasting systems, lighting, and other technical components. 
  • Ensure technical integration across front-end and back-end systems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
 Operational Execution & Risk Management:
  • Monitor all phases of delivery, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies early. 
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables. 
  • Support compliance with internal standards, policies, and KPIs, promoting operational excellence. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying them to future projects.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, or physical environment delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Background in iGaming, broadcasting, live events, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
  • Academic background in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). 
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with a proactive mindset. 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
