What you would be doing: 

• Design and maintain highly available Linux and Windows infrastructure
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis
• Ensure security best practices and compliance requirements are met
• Oversee monitoring strategy using Zabbix and Grafana
• Design and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies (Veeam)
• Plan capacity and infrastructure growth
• Manage virtualization platforms at scale
• Mentor junior and mid-level administrators
• Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Management teams
• Prepare systems and documentation for audits and compliance checks

What makes you a strong candidate: 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably on Senior Position)
• Extensive experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Servers
• Deep understanding of networking and security concepts
• Strong experience with Active Directory environments
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian language
• Proven experience with monitoring and alerting systems
• Backup and disaster recovery experience
• Virtualization extensive knowledge
• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IaC tools (Ansible/Chef) is a plus
• Scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell) is a plus
• Familiarity with observability stacks (ELK, Loki, Graylog, etc.) is a plus
