What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of professional design experience and a portfolio you're genuinely proud to show.
• 4+ years in Live Casino or iGaming.
• Experience working on shipped Live Casino products (not just mock-ups that almost made it).
• Confidence thriving in fast-paced, production-heavy environments with multiple projects running at once.
• Strong command of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual storytelling. An eye for premium, entertainment-driven aesthetics you know when to go bold and when to let elegance win.
• Ability to translate brand and product strategy into memorable visual systems. Pixel-perfect execution (yes, we zoom in). Illustration or strong drawing skills are a must.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) advanced level.
• Figma. Jira & Confluence, familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Comfortable working within structured production pipelines (deadlines don't scare you). Proactive, accountable, and self-driven.
• Comfortable leading visual direction or jumping in to support where needed.
• Clear communicator who can confidently present ideas and defend them when it matters. Open to feedback and skilled at turning it into even stronger work.
• Always raising the creative bar (no gamble on quality).
• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field. Fluent English (written and verbal).

  What Youˇll Do

• Lead and execute premium visual design for Live Casino games and related products. Create high-quality assets: logos, icons, backgrounds, patterns, product brand systems, and broadcast-ready visuals.
• Elevate existing products to keep them competitive, modern, and visually unforgettable.
• Translate product strategy into engaging designs that players instantly connect with.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, Studio, Marketing, Development, and Art Direction teams because great design never works alone.
• Ensure your vision is implemented correctly (no surprises at the final reveal). Present concepts confidently to Product Owners and Stakeholders.
• Mentor designers, share knowledge, and help the team level up.
• Report directly to the Lead Graphic Designer.
