ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong IT and delivery experience to lead complex, cross-functional projects within our Live Casino Product Team. This role combines physical studio delivery, live operations, and digital product integration, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of gaming, technology, and live production.

We are particularly interested in individuals who stand out — whether through experience in AAA gaming, global tech companies, or exceptional personal achievements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning → execution → go-live)
Manage complex, multi-workstream projects across IT, infrastructure, and operations
Drive collaboration across engineering, product, and studio teams
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Implement process improvements and delivery efficiencies
Represent the business in client and stakeholder interactions

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

6+ years of Project Management experience in IT/software delivery
Proven experience managing cross-functional, technical projects
Background in gaming, iGaming, digital products, or live production environments
Experience with AAA games, large-scale platforms, or global tech companies is a strong plus
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in Live Casino / iGaming / Broadcasting
Background in companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, Spotify, or similar scale-ups
Unique personal achievements or side projects that demonstrate drive and creativity
