Role Description:
 
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Surveillance department and seeking a 
skilled and dedicated Senior Surveillance Controller to join the team. 
This role is crucial in maintaining the security and integrity of our Live Casino operations. 
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in surveillance within the iGaming industry, 
demonstrate a proactive attitude and show leadership capabilities during daily operations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor live gaming activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Detect, report, and thoroughly document irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational issues.
  • Support internal investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing video footage, and compiling detailed incident reports.
  • Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations departments to uphold the integrity of live games.
  • Mentor and assist Surveillance Controllers, offering guidance on complex or sensitive cases.
  • Identify and communicate potential improvements in surveillance practices and team training.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards during all activities.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in surveillance within the iGaming industry or a related field; prior senior surveillance experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Live Casino operations and associated risks and compliance requirements is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support team members.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a strong focus on risk detection and mitigation.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to quickly spot irregularities in live operations.
  • Flexibility to work 9-hour shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required in 24/7 environments.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with surveillance software and monitoring systems.

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in additional languages such as Portuguese.
  • Experience with surveillance technologies and security systems (e.g., cameras, monitoring protocols).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in proposing or implementing process improvements in a compliance or security context.
