ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our dynamic and international HR team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and exceptional employee experiences across our Bucharest office and beyond. This position offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of HR processes, contribute to a culture of excellence, and grow within a fast-paced, global environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Actively participate in and oversee the day-to-day HR operations activities for Romania and other locations as and when required, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and industry best practices;
  • Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication across all departments;
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including visa applications and work permits, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
  • Ensure payroll team is kept updated on any changes, assisting where necessary;
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and values as well as with local requirements;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
  • Assist with benefit administration and compliance with company benefit policies;
  • Stay updated on HR industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure; compliance and be a source of guidance to the HR team and Managemen
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOUEssential
  • Previous experience in similar roles with focus on HR operations of at least 2 years;
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • Experience managing visa and work permit applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (fluency is required, as the company is international and daily communication in English with colleagues is essential).

Desirable

  • Practical knowledge of Jira, HiBob and similar softwares;
  • Experience working in an international environment.
