ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the overall Live Casino Business unit talent acquisition strategy. The person will be a valuable contributor to the development of the talent acquisition agenda and strategy to foster recruitment experience and excel in employer branding proposition throughout the process. On a daily basis, this individual will be communicating with different stakeholders to advise and provide solutions on TA subject matters.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Partner with hiring managers and HR to source and recruit top talent for assigned positions
Utilize innovative techniques and cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and relationship management
Collaborate with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed
Develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers
Conduct regular meetings to align on hiring needs and candidate statuses
Provide insights into industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure we stay ahead of the curve

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Required:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
Experience in the iGaming or technology industry
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Certification in recruitment or HR-related disciplines
