- Co-own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Commercial and Partner Tools in close collaboration with the Lead Product Owner.
- Contribute to long-term product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve partner experience, player acquisition, engagement, and commercial performance.
- Align commercial tooling initiatives with broader Live Casino product goals, player experience strategy, and commercial priorities.
- Leverage data, reporting, and performance metrics — in collaboration with Business Intelligence teams — to inform strategic product decisions and roadmap planning.
- Own day-to-day product execution for commercial tools, working closely with Developers, Designers, QA, and Commercial teams.
- Design and evolve partner- and operator-facing tools that support key jobs-to-be-done, ensuring interactions are intuitive, manageable, and scalable.
- Own and enhance player acquisition and gamification tools to support engagement, retention, and growth initiatives.
- Define and deliver data-driven reporting systems, dashboards, and metrics that provide actionable insights for operators and internal commercial teams.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Account Management, and Business Development teams to understand partner needs and translate them into effective product solutions.
- Partner with Player Experience and Support tooling teams to ensure session quality, game integrity, and a consistent player experience across commercial touchpoints.
- Own and evolve player account and client profiling capabilities, ensuring accurate representation of player and operator data.
- Define and manage user roles, permissions, and access control tools to support secure and flexible operator and partner access.
- Drive the expansion and optimization of commercial mechanics and gamification tools that support player engagement and acquisition.
- Create clear, detailed, and unambiguous product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with commercial value, partner impact, and team capacity.
- Actively participate in planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to drive high-quality and predictable delivery.
- Resolve functional and prioritization questions during development to keep teams focused and unblocked.
- Support release planning and ensure commercial tools and features are fully operational and partner-ready before rollout.
- Continuously iterate on delivered features based on usage data, partner feedback, and commercial performance metrics.
- Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, workflows, and operational guidelines.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner working with software development teams.
- Hands-on experience with commercial, partner-facing, or operator-facing tools within digital products.
- Strong understanding of player acquisition, engagement, and gamification mechanics.
- Proven experience designing and delivering reporting systems, dashboards, or data-driven tools.
- Ability to translate commercial, partner, and business needs into clear, scalable product solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive prioritization and product decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams in an Agile environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Experience working closely with Commercial, Account Management, or Business Development teams.
- Familiarity with player account management, profiling systems, or CRM-like tools.
- Experience working with Live Casino products or ecosystems.
- Understanding of access control models, permissions, and role-based systems.
- Experience designing tools for external partners or operators with varying levels of technical maturity.
- Confidence to challenge requirements and propose simpler, more scalable solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership over outcomes, not just delivery.
- Experience working with regulated or compliance-driven products.
