ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Owner, you will define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure the development team delivers a high-quality Live Show game experience. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers, driving innovation and enhancing user engagement in a competitive a market.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Drive the development and lead the creation of successful Live Casino products across mobile, tablet, desktop, and other platforms within an Agile environment.
  • Craft detailed and precise written specifications for new products and features.
  • Define and communicate product vision together with teams of Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio team, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio teams, and other stakeholders to articulate and align on the product vision.
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to leverage data insights in product development.
  • Oversee game production by setting and monitoring daily, short-term, and long-term goals to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Resolve product development challenges and prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.
  • Assist Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management teams to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction to support correlated goals.
  • Ensure new products and features undergo thorough usability and performance evaluations, including focus group testing when applicable.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay competitive.
  • Any other tasks as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the Employee's area of expertise.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Previous experience of more than 5 years as a Product Owner with software development teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development process.
  • Background in game development or online gaming, live show games will be considering as an advantage.
  • Previous involvement in game design.
  • Understanding of casino games and game mathematics.
  • Exceptional ability to analyse and interpret complex data to drive product decisions.
  • Proven experience working with both established and new teams, providing challenges and support to foster continuous improvement.
  • Effective remote work skills with a strong ability to manage tasks and communication in a distributed environment.
  • A successful track record in driving product concepts and delivering robust solutions in collaboration with your teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a strong drive to keep projects moving forward -motivating teams, clearing roadblocks, and making sure everything stays on track and on time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (fluency is required, as the company is international and daily communication in English with colleagues is essential).
  • Experience with online casino game marketing and promotions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for gambling products.
  • Experience leading or mentoring others in related roles.
