ABOUT THE ROLE
The Streamer Community Specialist is responsible for the daily execution, moderation, and relationship management of the Portuguese speaking segment within our official streamer
community. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, this role ensures a vibrant, safe, and highly engaged environment by acting as the primary point of contact for Portuguese speaking creators and influencers.
 
This role can be done remotely from LATAM only.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Active Moderation: Execute daily moderation across Discord and other community hubs to maintain a safe, positive environment in line with brand guidelines.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and immediately report community trends, conflicts, or technical bugs to the Community Manager.
  • Guideline Enforcement: Actively monitor Spanish-language chats and issuing warnings or bans according to established protocols.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the day-to-day liaison for Spanish-speaking streamers, answering technical questions and providing campaign assets.
  • Onboarding Execution: Assist in the technical onboarding of new influencers.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Conduct regular "check-ins" with active creators to ensure they feel supported and valued by the brand.
  • Event Coordination: Assist the Manager in the setup and live execution of community events, tournaments, and interactive activities.
  • Content Localization: Adapt English community announcements and campaign briefs into culturally relevant Spanish for the local creator base.
  • Performance Tracking: Collect and organize data on streamer engagement and community growth to be included in weekly reports for the Community Manager.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather direct feedback from Spanish creators regarding platform features or campaign hurdles and relay it internally.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain up-to-date databases of contact information, streamer tiers, and performance metrics.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish language is a plus
  • Confident handling of community interactions and inquiries
  • Experience moderating online communities (e.g., Discord, forums, social platforms)
  • Basic knowledge of Discord (roles, channels, permissions)
  • Ability to enforce guidelines while maintaining a positive tone
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and culture
  • Previous experience with influencer management is preferred 
  • Content writing or campaign execution experience is a plus
  • Good organization and multitasking skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Experience with reporting, performance tracking and CRM tools is preferred 
  • Passion or knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus
